2. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information, particularly when submitting birth dates, times, and locations for chart computations. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.

AstroBeams allows you to create multiple consultation profiles (for example, for family members or partners). You are responsible for ensuring that the information entered across all profiles is accurate and that you have the consent of any person whose details you add.

3. Payments & Refunds

We use Razorpay to process payments for credit top-ups, AI consultations, palmistry scans, and planetary reports. AstroBeams supports multiple currencies — your transaction will be charged in the currency associated with your selected region (which may include INR, USD, EUR, GBP, and other currencies supported by Razorpay). The exact currency and converted amount are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

• Payment details are handled securely in accordance with Razorpay's terms.
• Credit balances added to your AstroBeams wallet are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been spent on AI cosmic consultations or report generations.
• Refund requests for unspent wallets or technical transaction failures will be reviewed within 5–7 working days.

4. Service Limitations

AstroBeams provides astrological guidance, AI cosmic consultation, and digital reports for educational, entertainment, and spiritual self-reflection purposes only. Our guidance does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. AstroBeams makes no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy of predictions or transit interpretations.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
